Initially, I was very upset with the service. I had some concerns with my delivery. Jatin came over and fixed the issues and explained everything. I was satisfied with his dedication and service. Instore service can improve. You have to be careful of how you word and explain things to customers. Small details should be addressed during delivery. Delivery personnel should unwrap and finish up minor details. Not everyone is a handyman or has experience in such things, that's why they pay a premium for ready-made items. My point is to support local businesses rather than big box stores. Expectations are high because I have purchased from here before.
